We supplied a set of miniature N5 linear guides tailored to a compact robotic arm for PCB pick-and-place operations. The guides delivered low-vibration, high-repeatability movement — essential for handling delicate components in high-speed electronics assembly.

Our N7 miniature linear guides were used in a desktop pick-and-place system developed by a UK automation integrator. Their compact footprint and smooth motion made them ideal for precise transfers in tight mechanical assemblies. Integrated with stepper motors and a lightweight frame, the unit achieves reliable, repeatable movement for electronics handling and micro-assembly tasks.

This portable CNC milling prototype required a compact, rigid rail system. We delivered corrosion-resistant N9 guides with custom mounting holes, allowing the client to meet strict weight and durability targets while maintaining micron-level machining accuracy.
